Blues and BBQ

Dear Henry, 


This Saturday we went to a nearby state park to support Lily's dad who manages the park. Corey was having a couple of blues bands playing and some delicious bbq.  Mommy Brook, Lily, Mommy and You sat on the pavement and we helped you two dance around a little bit.   It was a fun afternoon of perfect weather and friendship.

Hank's Hair Hoopla

Dear Hankster,

When you were still all fresh and dewy in the world I took a series of photos of you and your many hairstyles. It was a big hit...and the other day Mommy was thinking about how long and so much fuller your hair is now so I thought it was due time for a repeat...

First off, click here for the link to the old April 1st post. Mommy is really proud of how you've mastered holding up your head with lots of control and keepin' them ole' peepers focused and working together. In the early photos you clearly are still developing such skills. Although back then I did not notice the googles in your oglers. Looking at it now gives me a little giggle. You're so cute and scrunchy compared to the new photos. You're skin is loose, waiting to be filled with a extra 8" of bones and triple the weight. I love the new photos as your emerging handsome face and personality is shining through more.
