August 17, 1996: Graceland Tour. 2:00pm. We showed up in town late Friday night and there was a line of people walking past Graceland with lit candles, we were like "whoa they do this every night? These people are NVTS". Turns out it was the anniversary of his death so there was a candlelight vigil (lol). Graceland was pretty cool. A woman in line behind us totally lost it when we went past his grave; she was sobbing and she goes "WAHHH I DID SO GOOD UNTIL NOW". @leetha_t snapped a picture of her mid-sob, it's pretty great. #historicalticketstubs
